1.75 oz Baileys S’mores
2 dashes of mole bitters
.25 oz agave
.75 oz mezcal
1 marshmallow
Cinnamon and mole powder for garnish

Combine ingredients in shaker. Pour in a glass and garnish with your marshmallow. With a kitchen torch, carefully roast your marshmallow to your liking. Enjoy, roasters!
