So having some steak tonight, mushrooms baked potatoes & just this mayo/mustard thing I do so wanted something lean mature & fruit driven but not overpowering. So Bordeaux is my choice. Saint Emilion is Merlot dominated packed with red fruits & lean on the palate

    1.5 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante Cristalino Tequila
    .25 oz Light Agave
    .50 oz Lime Juice
    3 oz Olipop Tropical Punch
    Rimmed with Tajín

    Directions:
    Rim Collins Glass with Tajín. Pour .25 oz Light Agave, 0.50 oz Lime Juice and 1.5 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante Cristalino Tequila in a shaker. Add ice then shake. Strain the cocktail into pre-rimmed glass and pour ice. Top with (3) oz of Tropical Fruit Olipop and enjoy!
