To celebrate the season of giving and our new Barrel-Aged brews and Guinness Gives Back packs, we’ve worked with some of our favorite chefs from across the country to create our first ever virtual recipe book! Kicking off the Guinness Season of Giving Recipe Book is our friend @dennistheprescott, with his Espresso-Rubbed Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Guinness Imperial Stout Pan Sauce, Onion Rings, Grilled Garlic Broccolini, & Cauliflower Camembert Gratin. The robust flavors of the Guinness Imperial Stout complement the espresso seasoning, and provide a delicious roasty bite to the pan sauce.
