From Tanqueray 0.0% and Baileys Deliciously Light to draught cocktail machines and Guinness MICRODRAUGHT, Cristina has overseen the launch of new innovations bringing our brands to more consumers around the world.

And supporting the bartender community through an incredibly challenging period was also a priority. During Cristina’s time as CMO, we took the Diageo Bar Academy fully virtual, doubling users to 1.6 million, and celebrated the best in bartending by bringing 50 markets together for the World Class Global Finals, watched by over 10 million people.
