A Minute With… Sarah Blake, Global Brand Director for @baileysofficial ✨
How to take an iconic festive favourite and make it part of everyday treating moments?
Sarah Blake believes the answer lies in little treat culture – small, joyful moments that make everyday life feel more indulgent.
In our inaugural A ‘Minute’ With episode, Sarah shares how Baileys is showing up in everyday rituals, the art of balancing heritage and innovation and why she believes that treating is in her DNA.
We were honoured to welcome His Majesty The King to officially open Guinness Open Gate Brewery London in Covent Garden today.
His Majesty toured The Brewery and tasted a selection of craft beers brewed on site. In the 232° Bar, His Majesty poured the perfect pint of Guinness before meeting graduates of our Learning for Life hospitality training programme.
The festive celebrations continued through at Old Brewer’s Yard, where The King met a group of local businesses and community groups before unveiling a plaque to commemorate the opening.
[Video description]Hannah stands centre stage, singing an upbeat “Baileys? Baileys!” tune while people behind her join in acapella-style. The scene cuts to a close-up of Baileys being poured into a glass, topped with a swirl of cream and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes. The finished drink is handed to her as she beams at the camera, surrounded by festive lights and joyful faces.
