While Cuoco had a hilarious reaction on her Instagram page – namely her indulging in comfort food and booze on her floor dressed in her awards outfit – the moment provided a nice (and lucrative) opportunity too. “[It] ended up being a win for me because [vodka brand] Smirnoff called and they said, ‘That’s the kind of girl we want!'” the star revealed, announcing she is the brand’s latest ambassador. She went on to joke: “I’m like, oh my god, as much as I’ve lost this awards season, I ended up winning.”
