We asked Emma Humanes, our Talent Engagement Manager for her top careers tips:

1️⃣ Research the role and company you are applying to and ask any questions that you have – remember interviews are a two-way street.
2️⃣ Be straight-forward when answering your interview questions – during an interview you will have a limited time to present yourself so use it in a smart way.
3️⃣ Always be yourself, everyone else is already taken!

Ad | Morning lovelies! It’s World Gin Day today (surely the best day?!) and what better way to celebrate than with @bombaysapphireuk who have launched 2 new ready to drink gin cocktails to join the original Bombay Sapphire & Tonic. My favourite has to be the Bombay Bramble & Tonic which is infused with raspberries and blackberries – delicious! They are the perfect picnic accompaniment and are now available at Waitrose. Enjoy! 🍸🍓👌🏼#stircreativity

“As part of our Society 2030 strategy and our efforts to keep building a more diverse and inclusive society, #Smirnoff is aiming to empower the voices of our generation for causes that matter. The “No Te Lo Voy a Explicar” campaign is deeply rooted to Smirnoff’s purpose and gives visibility to the importance of #inclusion and the value of #diversity. We believe that the best things in life should be celebrated rather than explained. Our differences enrich us, and when in marketing we tell stories that empower the voice of our consumers, we have the opportunity to transform culture, especially if we do so from the heart of our purpose.” Paulina Aguilar Neville, Head of White Spirits
