0,25oz Manzanilla Sherry
2 dashes of spicy tincture
Garnish with few olives and a grapefruit zest

1.5 oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka .75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz jam .25 oz of Aquafaba (liquid from Garbanzo beans)
Optional dash of ground ginger
Shaken vigorously
Topped with soda water
Garnished with lemon peel
