Kicking off the Guinness Season of Giving Recipe Book is our friend @dennistheprescott, with his Espresso-Rubbed Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Guinness Imperial Stout Pan Sauce, Onion Rings, Grilled Garlic Broccolini, & Cauliflower Camembert Gratin. The robust flavors of the Guinness Imperial Stout complement the espresso seasoning, and provide a delicious roasty bite to the pan sauce.
